George Soros "I'd be surprised if the Fed raised rates again"

Soros says a cut could come

– A rate cut won’t be much stimulus and there are diminishing returns with QE

– He bought US government bonds

– "You could have a bounce here (in stocks) but this is not a good entry point"

Soros is in Davos and dropping bombs. It’s not a big surprise that he’s short stocks, he’s been talking doomsday on Europe for awhile.
