OPEC's stock overhang is about to get a little hang-ier

While OPEC wants crucial talks on production their members just keep pumping

A senior Iraqi oil official has popped up to say that they should be increasing output to around 4mbpd this year from it’s southern fields. That’s an increase of roughly 200-300k on current production
