Fed's Kaplan due to speak at a community forum at 1PM ET/1700 GMT

Last week said sees sustained, gradual US rate hikes

Dallas Feds President Kaplan is scheduled to speak at a "community forum" in Ruston, Louisiana.  I am not sure the forum is a place where big waves will be forthcoming.
