Fed's expedited meeting is no cause for concern

The trading universe is awash with the news that the Fed is enacting one of its expedited meetings in around 90 minutes.

To ease any fears,

these are standard meetings that the Fed hold regularly.

I don’t know why some outlets are presenting this as something we should be on tenterhooks about, they had 5 of these in March, 4 in Feb and 5 in Jan. Maybe it’s the slow news day.
