USD/CAD slumps toward Feb lows as oil rallies but govt cuts forecasts

USD/CAD down a cent

A nearly 7% rally in oil is fuelling drop in USD/CAD. The US dollar is broadly stronger as well, so the decline in the pair understates the general Canadian dollar strength today.
