Swiss Federal Customs Administration publishes foreign trade data for November in the pre-European session on Tuesday at 2:00 am ET. The surplus totaled CHF 4.16 billion in October.
Ahead of the data, the Swiss franc held steady against its major rivals.
As of 1:55 am ET, the Swiss franc was trading at 1.0839 against the euro, 1.4781 against the pound, 0.9928 against the U.S. dollar and 122.09 against the yen.
