– Current conditions 111.7 vs 108.8 exp. Prior 109.9
– Expectations 83.2 vs 83.8 exp. Prior 84.9
The dip in the headline will be overshadowed by the higher current conditions. The drop in 5yr inflation expectations won’t be such a worry to the Fed than if it happened in the 1 year number.
