US household net worth data for Q1 2016

The stock market drop in Q1 (-160bn) was offset by higher real estate prices (+498bn) to leave US households felling better off. Mortgage debt was 1.6% vs 1.6% in Q4. Consumer debt was the same as Q4 at 6.1%.
