Latest Italian hourly wage data
This chart highlights the magnitude of the problems still facing Europe. One of the reasons the Fed and BOE are holding back on hikes is because of weak wage growth, and that’s in economies with half decent growth. The Eurozone are still trying to come to terms with kick starting their economies, let alone worrying about wages.
