Fed's Kaplan in WSJ interview: We want to normalize rates as fast as we can

Dallas Fed president speaks to WSJ

Dallas Fed President, Robert Kaplan in an interview with the WSJ, said the:

Mr Kaplan takes over for Richard Fisher as the Dallas Fed President.  Fisher was a more frequent dissenter of Fed policy.  Kaplan said that although he is not a voting member this year, he has agreed with the decisions the FOMC have made since joining.
