Blackrock’s Larry Fink spoke at a conference in Acapulco:

– China represents more global risk than anything else

– China needs to develop services sector

– China must aggressively develop health care sector

There is nothing groundbreaking here. Most surprising to me is that he’s at a conference in Acapulco. I thought that city had cratered into a murderous wasteland.
